General Rules

1.) No Spamming
2.) Don‘t be an ass in OOC
3.) We it comes to how many characters per account you can have no more then 3 original characters and 2 cannon characters, you can only have 1 cannon character till you have proven yourself active. Keep your cannon and original account separate.
4.) When it comes to the rank of ninja we are accepting any at the moment but if there becomes to many of them one we will stop accepting those and simply ask you to rethink the ninja rank of your character.
5.) NO MARY SUE CHARACTERS- means no perfect character.
6.) NO GOD MODING-we do not tolerate this here on Dark Chakra.

Fighting Rules

1.) 2 words ATTACK ORDER. (Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Sai)
2.) When you are planning a fight in a thread you must put (fight planned) in the thread title. We don‘t want anyone in OOC to not know. The characters may not know but OOC people must know.
3.)[b] No more then 4 per fight. It just gets confusing.
[b]4.) Only the leader of the village the fight is in can enter a fight once its been started. Kages be happy I thought about not adding this rule.
5.) If the leader is in the fight and is against multiple opponents NO ONE may enter the fight unless the Leader of that village asks for their help.
6.) An enemy shin obi may go into another shin obi‘s village but understand if you are found out you will be attacked. Your best disguise will be needed.
7.) You are not allowed to be more then 1 character in a fight.
8.) When fighting try not to do more then 2 actions. Meaning don‘t do like a jutsu to attack then a jutsu to defend the a jutsu to run away. That’s getting dangerously close to a Mary Sue.
9.) You have to be hit from time to time like I said before No Mary Sues.
10.) You must ask the admin and the person before you may kill someone. We are more strict on this when it comes to a cannon character.
11.) The fights must be good, the higher rank ninja you are the better the fight.
12.) the fights should be between an hour to a few days long. If you do not post in a fight thread within 2 days of the last post then we will assume your character has surrender unless you have given us a reason for not being able to post.
13.) If you escape the fight you are not allowed to be fallowed but if the other person says that you didn‘t escape in time, or something along those lines then one of the admins will take a look at how things went through out the battle and pass judgment then. Don‘t complain about our judgment we don‘t want to hear it and we will not change our minds.
14.) No using the substitution jutsu more the twice per fight thread.
